Conditioning – Unbroken
15 Min AMRAP
6 Deadlifts @ 60% of 1RM clean
6 Hang Squat Cleans (from power pos.)
6 Front Rack Lunges
50 Double Unders
The barbell complex and the DUs must be completed unbroken. If you break a set, start from the beginning of that set. E.g. If you drop the bar at FR lunge no.3, start back at the Deadlifts. Same for the DU. If you break at no. 49, start back at 0 DU’s. Score for this one is the number of fully completed reps.
