Kia Ora Team – Todays focus is on the skill of Toes to Bar, and the progressions towards a full toes to bar.  This will be the majority of today’s hour, and a particular emphasis on beautiful positions. Check out this clip from The Outlaw Way about cycling through multiple reps of TTB. These will very likely make an appearance in the Opens.
