Bear Complex – Seven Reps for Seven Rounds:
Clean – Front Squat – Push Press – Back Squat – Push Press = One Rep
Rest as needed between sets, but try to keep each set unbroken.
I thought for a while about adding this clip to the blog because I can already hear the “Oh, that doesnt look safe” or “Snap City”. But hell…shes busting her arse and every one thats dug deep and fought through a tough WOD knows this feeling. I love it, and the AgerBomb is wicked!
