Skill – Kipping Ring Dips


Strength

4X5 Tempo Ring Dips (3 counts in all parts) + ME Kipping Ring Dips

Note: If you cannot do 5 UB tempo reps, then break and make the 5th tempo rep lead into the ME kipping. Similar to yesterdays Pull Up complex, this is about practicing the transition between stict to kipping.

Conditioning – For time:

50 Snatches 35/20

50 MedBall Sit ups

50 Burpee Box Jumps

50 Goblet Walking Lunges 24/16

Notes: RX – perform this wod in the order shown.  Or, this can be broken up into any rep scheme you like e.g. 5 rounds of 10 reps each or 2 rounds of 25 reps each.  20 Min Cut Off.
