A massive congratulations to our athletes that competed at 2015 Ohakea Military Champs. What an amazing weekend! Special mention to Jazz, Matt Andrews and Paulie who joined the RX individual division for the first time and Janelle for entering her first individual scaled division. Lizzy also needs a huge mention for stepping up for the RX division again.

Big congratulations to Becs, Murray, Ashton and Dante who participated in their first CrossFit competition ever.  Another big mention to Becs who came third in Scaled Women’s and Murray for coming third in beginners Mens. On top of all that awesomeness, we had Rodney providing Physio services and the rest of our crew as judges.  

When we put our hand up to help out with this competition we did so knowing our crew would do us proud. Thank you to all volunteers, supporters and competitors for all doing our box proud and upholding the Mana of our CrossFit Whanganui community.
