Kia Ora Team – Today we need you to channel your inner athlete. For the morning crew, that snooze button will be calling you to you like a Siren on the sea. Don’t be fooled, that attractive wailing is a call for you to lose your gains and miss an opportunity to progress towards your goals. The cancel booking option will also be attractive for those booked into the evening classes. After a long day at work, and as the energy levels wane, you’ll feel the temptation to turn today into a “Rest Day”…I’m asking you not to. We are not expecting you to break any NZ records, or even to PB today. We are just asking you to show up, join us for a WOD and leave the box on a high, knowing that you felt like staying home and crushed the WOD anyway. If you are keen, Karli and I will be waiting for you at the box, ready to help you progress towards your goals. See you there – please dress appropriately.
