Strength – 5 x Loaded Static Holds Active Hang* Overhead Barbell Hold (AHAP)
Note: Try to maintain good position for as long as possible. Aiming to build up to one minute Hang and 1 minute OH Hold as heavy as possible.
*Try one handed, maintaining active shoulders and avoiding any rotation.
Conditioning – 6 Rounds for time: 15 Wall Balls 10 Sit ups 2x 50m Sprints Rest 1 Min
Note: Aiming to complete each round as fast as possible and unbroken. To keep this stimulus reduce the number of reps in each round e.g. 10 Wall Balls, 5 Sit Ups.
