CrossFit is constantly varied. One of the factors that we can (and should) vary is the environment that we train in. This means that to be ready for anything we need to train in different conditions, therefore if its raining and cold, take it as an opportunity to vary your training and expose yourself to different stimulus. Character building stuff, as our mate Tere would say.
