Conditioning – In teams of 2 For Time:

1200 m Run

P1 Run

P2 Rest

(Separate distance as needed, with one person running at a time)

50 Toes to Bars

P1 Active Hang

P2 Toes to Bar

(divide reps as needed, but only count those that occur with partner in active hang)

50 Overhead Squats

P1 Overhead Squat 50/35

P2 15 Burpee Buy In

(P1 cannot start OHS, until P2 has completed burpee buy in.  Divide OHS as needed, however, each time you drop the bar, the burpee buy in must be repeated)

50 Box Jumps

P1 Box Jumps

P2 Plank

(divide reps as needed, but only count those that occur with partner in strict plank hold)

1200 m Run
