Kia Ora Team – Todays session contains mostly mobility which we will get to as a crew after the conditioning portion, when are bodies and warm and tactile.
After this session (at 11:00 am) we have our FREE Barbell Workshop which everyone is welcome to attend. We will cover three lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press and Clean & Jerk. Hope to see you there.

12 KB Squat
6 Strict Press @ 70-80%
Mobility – 5 mins at each station
Glute smash w Lacrosse Ball
Russian baby maker/Squat Hold
Thoracic – roller/peanut w/partner
Quad smash – BB or buddy
