Kia Ora Team – In your CrossFit journey there is a moment where you end up trawling the depths of the internet for CrossFit related material in order to soak up as much as possible.  The biggest source of CrossFit gold is the CrossFit Journal.  This has articles, videos, podcasts and a tonne more content dating back to the founding of CrossFit.  You could spend months going through the material and not get bored.  I highly recommend you have a look

Conditioning – For time

75 Front squats 80/50

50 Burpees

75 Overhead squat 60/40

50 Pull-ups

75 Thrusters 40/30

Partition work as needed, only one player working at a time.
