Final Reminder that tomorrow we have our Sport Strapping Clinic at the box starting at 12:00 pm. Pop along and pick up some amazing skills.
Today we are continuing with our Two 2 Tango prep and this means our WOD will be done in pairs. If you have signed up to compete at the comp, bring your partner along and WOD together. This WOD is from the 2013 Two 2 Tango event, and is very typical of the WODs and scaling for this event. Picture below is Megan and Tere from last years competition.

WOD 2
RX:
Complete the following for time
100 Double Unders each while partner holds barbell at Front Rack (70/50), then,
15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Clean (70/50) and Burpee Lateral Bar Hop
Scaled:
Complete the following for time
60 Double Unders each while partner holds barbell at Front Rack (50/30), then,
15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Clean (50/30) and Burpee Lateral Bar Hop
Beginner:
Complete the following for time
40 Lateral Jump (over AB mat) each while partner holds barbell at Front Rack (30/20), then,
15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Sumo-Deadlift High Pull (30/20) and Hand Release Burpee
Description WOD 2
Both athletes must complete Double Unders/Lateral Jump and Front Rack hold before moving on.
If Barbell is dropped or Front Rack position lost, Double Under/Lateral Jump reps will not count and team will incur penalty.
Penalty is ascending Hand-Release-Push-Ups starting at 2, then 4, then 6, then 8 etc.
Push Ups must be completed by both team members, one at a time.
For the 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 portion, teams are given two choices of format as below; (M= male, F= female)
