Karli and I want to thank everyone that came and celebrated with us on the weekend. Special shout out goes to Matt & Janelle Andrews, Lu & D, Paulie and Alex for the use of their homes during the wods. Two years ago Karli and I became owners, and it’s been an amazing journey.
Conditioning – 3 Rounds for total reps: KBS 24/16 Wall Balls Push Press 30/20 Burpees Box Jumps
Note: 1 min Max Effort at each station with a 1 min rest between rounds. Score is total reps after 3 rounds. Will go in two heats with an athlete and judge.
