Strength – 5 x 3 Position Clean
Note: One set = 1 clean from power position, 1 clean from launch and 1 from the floor. RX athletes, squat cleans only with a focus on a strong catch.
Conditioning – In Pairs 16 Min AMRAP:
8 Sprinting Burpee Box Jumps
8 Single Arm KBS (5 L, 5 R)
8 Toes to Bar
Notes: One person working at a time and must complete an entire round before tagging their partner. Work as hard as possible during your set, and then focus on recovering during the rest.
