It’s all on this weekend! Darren Ellis, the pioneer of CrossFit in NZ and a 2015 CrossFit Games competitor is coming back to CrossFit Whanganui for two seminars on Sunday 29th November. Both of these seminars will provide immense skills and knowledge, with the morning session focusing on Nutrition and Healthy Eating, and the afternoon session specifically focused on Sport Specific Training (How to get better as a competitive athlete for CrossFit and other sports). This day will have a shared lunch at midday so please help us make the day a success, and book via Influx. To attend either seminar will cost $40 or $60 for both the morning session and afternoon session.
