For those that are working on pulling under the bar (3rd pull), your prescription is 3 position snatch and focusing on consistent footwork from all three posistions. For those who just want to get strong, you are going from the hang position and snatching a heavy barbell. No matter what you pick, today’s wod will be awesome.
