Group Classes

All You Need

If you enjoy the atmosphere of a group class, and you like the camaraderie and support of fellow exercisers to keep you motivated and moving forward, then the group classes at CrossFit Whanganui is where you will find the community that will help you grow.   

When you surround yourself with positive people who are also getting fitter and healthier,  they show you what can be achieved and encourage and support you to do the same! 

We have a friendly and welcoming vibe and Coaches that not only guide you through every part of the class, but also support, encourage and care about you in every class. 

 

Beginner Courses

Get the best start to your CrossFit journey with our beginner courses, designed to teach you the basics and get you familiar with CrossFit classes. 

At CrossFit Whanganui we pride ourselves in using the best techniques for exercise to keep your body safe and ensuring long term progress.  When you begin we work with you 1:1 to ensure you are getting the most out of your time in the gym.

Book a No Sweat Intro with one of our Team to get started in a beginner course that suits you.

Basic Refresher

$120 - One off

For experienced exercisers and CrossFitters from other gyms or after a long break from CrossFit, this short course will be a refresher on the movements we use and ease the body back into training

  • 3 x 30 Min Sessions

  • Basic movements covered

  • Coach led workout in every session

  • Appointment times that suit you

Graduate to Group classes at $40-$45 per week (One month minimum commitment)

Beginner

$240 - One off

This course is our most popular option, it covers all our basic training and goes into more depth on the more technical movements used in training.  This course is 6 sessions and is ideal for those who have not worked out for a long time or ever before and are keen to get into some group fitness.

  • 6 x 30 Min Sessions

  • Basic and technical movements covered

  • Coach led workout in every session

  • Appointment times that suit you

Graduate to Group classes at $40-$45 per week (One month minimum commitment)

Custom

$240 +

Custom courses can be designed to cater to your requirements.  With custom programming we can focus our attention on the areas you want to improve the most.

  • Number of sessions based on your requirements

  • Personalised programming based on your specific needs

  • Coach led sessions

  • Appointment times that suit you

Graduate to ongoing Personal Training or Group classes from $40+ per week
