CrossFit Whanganui helped me to Improve my fitness & helped me tone up.

After having my first baby I was very hesitant & nervous about getting back into exercise. My husband already went to CrossFit and loved it but I always thought it looked too hard, you had to be super fit and was pretty intimidating. He came home one day saying he’s signed me up for the next on ramp! I was super nervous as I didn’t know anyone and had to take my 11week baby along so didn’t know how that would go!


But... I absolutely loved it! I surprised myself with the exercises I could still do, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and my baby behaved! We really feel part of the family now and the coaches make it so easy with my son even now he’s a full noise toddler. I’m now pregnant again and feel great continuing my exercise with great help and support 😊
